A: Let’s be honest, purchasing maternity dresses or gowns can become quite an expense. Mama Bump Rentals wants to give you the opportunity to look radiant for your special events with our maternity dress rentals. Why fill up your closet with formal wear that you only plan to wear once? Mama Bump Rentals allows you the flexibility to rent designer bump friendly dresses that not only make you feel beautiful and keep up with the latest trends but can be done at a fraction of the cost.
A: Of course. Simply select your start date to the day you would like your maternity gown to arrive by. We suggest selecting a start date two days prior to your event date.
A: Mama Bump Rentals maternity gowns and garments are cleaned and inspected before every shipment. We hold a high standard in reliability when it comes to fulfilling the needs of our customers. If a maternity dress no longer meets the standard, it is promptly removed from our inventory. All our maternity gowns are in new-to-good used condition.
A: 1) Find it: Choose the perfect maternity dress rental for your specific date. Options are chosen by different styles, length, and color, or even need by date. We have multiple designer bump-friendly dresses. It’s all up to you!
2) Reserve it: Select a “start date” two days prior to your event date, and your maternity gown will arrive to you on or prior to your specified date. Please be specific when placing your order. The rental agreement consists of a 5-day period, but may extend for an additional cost.
3) Return it: Enjoy the maternity gown for your special event and look Radiant! When you are finished using the gown, place it in the return package provided with a fixed return label. The prepaid label needs to be scanned before the end of the business day of UPS/FedEx on or before the “end date”. Each return label has a tracking number, which will allow Mama Bump Rentals to track the order and its progress.
A: *At this time, we are only using FedEx and UPS shipping carriers.
Please have your parcel brought to the specified mailing carrier on your return label. An active scan is required on your end on the date prior to 5pm to avoid any late fees.
Standard Shipping: The gown will arrive on your selected start date.
Rush Shipping: The gown will arrive 1-2 days prior to your start date, excluding Sundays and Holidays. The end date remains the same as scheduled.
Shipping Cost: Includes shipping labels to and from and is based on the weight of the dress, which averages between 2-5 lbs.
*FedEx has suspended its "money-back guarantee" for all FedEx Express and FedEx Ground until further notice. All shipping labels are non-refundable.
A: At this time, we are not offering in-person pickups.
A: Please read the sizing chart to make sure you rent the correct size. No refunds or exchanges for incorrect sizes are available for our maternity dress rentals.
A: A $35 late fee per rental per day will apply directly to the credit card that was used on the order. Late fees on Maternity Shorts & Accessories are $15.00 per day per item.
There is a 200% charge for the value of the garment that is not returned to Mama Bump Rentals for any reason. Late fees are applied over the cost of the rental fees of the order.
A: If the return label has been lost but you still have the return bag or box, please contact us via email ASAP so we can resend it to you. If both the packaging and return label have been lost, new packaging and a label will need to be purchased at your own cost, as the label is specific to our packaging.
Failure to provide a NEW tracking number will result in the date of arrival at Mama Bump Rentals being considered the received date, rather than the date of shipment.
Please be aware that late fees will apply if orders are not received on the agreed return date.

A: We understand there are circumstances under which certain wear and tear cannot be avoided. Mama Bump Rentals offers a $5 rental insurance coverage that covers ONLY normal wear and tear (lost beads, stuck zippers, and small rips along seams and hems capable of repair).
Significant damage or stains to the garment will result in charges to the credit card on file to cover the cost of the repair, or even full replacement of the garment. More information can be found in our Rental Agreement.
A: No, please do not clean the gowns or accessories, as accidental damage can occur. Every item will be fully inspected and properly cleaned once it has been received.
A: If a maternity gown is never returned under any circumstances, a fee of 200% of the purchase price of a new gown will be charged to your Credit Card.
A: No. This is because of the high risk of full damage to the maternity gown due to water stains, mud, and mold. Full damage is subject to 200% of the full purchase price of the garment.
