Mama Bump Rentals, LLC(“Mama Bump Rentals”) provides a large inventory of clean, fashionable, and previously worn maternity gowns for rental. This website is designed and intended to provide access to the rental of these fashionable gowns. Access to and use of this website and the information offered herein are governed by these Terms of Use (the “Agreement”). By accessing or using any pages of this website at the URL <www.mamabumprentals.com> (the “Website”), you consent to be bound by this Agreement and acknowledge your agreement to its terms and conditions. If you do not agree to be bound by this Agreement, you may not use the Website or any information provided herein. Please note that if you rent a gown on this Website, such rental and use of the gowns will be governed by the Rental Agreement.

Mama Bump Rentals reserves the right to modify this Agreement without notice, and any modifications are effective when they are posted here. Mama Bump Rentals may, at any time, in its discretion, terminate your access to the Website. Access to the Website may be monitored by Mama Bump Rentals. If you are accessing the Website as a representative of an organization, this Agreement binds both you individually and the organization, and references to “you” and “your” shall be construed to apply to you individually and the organization.

Whole Agreement and Amendment

Mama Bump Rentals may amend or modify this Agreement at any time by posting the new terms on its Website. It is your responsibility to regularly review these Terms so you will be apprised of any changes. This Agreement may not be otherwise amended except in a written document signed by you and Mama Bump Rentals.
